The plan calls for the installation of a Wells Fargo Banks parking lot in the Lowes’ shopping center on East Lincoln Highway. The new Wells Fargo branch would replace the two smaller branches in the township. One ofย which located on Flowers Mill road, the other in Lincoln Plaza.

The current parking for Lowes is underutilized, according to the representative from the development company for Wells Fargo at the meeting. The nearly non existent use of much of the parking lot makes the site a great fit for Wells Fargo’s needs for a new branch.
The plan comes out of a slight necessity for Wells Fargo as the property on Lincoln Plaza had been released by the property owner, but not to Wells Fargo.
The development plan calls for a 32,000 square feet building, with the installation of 32 parking spots.

Wells Fargo hopes to have the new branch open by March 2015, assuming final approval is granted.
