Tullytown Deputy Fire Chief Dale Mastrull told LevittownNow.com that the fire in the two story structure on Main Street early Monday morning is still under investigation by the company and borough fire marshal.

The fire, which witnesses on the scene said had smoke pouring out of the residence, was contained to the basement and no one was injured, said fire officials.
Mastrull said the quick attack by fire crews ย from Edgely, ย American Hose Hook and Ladder, Levittown 1 and ย Falls Township Fire companies was instrumental in knocking the fire down.
No was injured and the homeowner will need to seek temporary residence due to the smoke still lingering in the structure.

A two-story dwelling became the victim to a blaze early Monday morning, as commuters rose early and some lay asleep in their beds.

The fire within the homeย located on Main Street, next to the Tullytown Bar and Grille, was quickly knocked down by the Tullytown Fire Company, Station 33, with Edgely Fire Co. assisting.
A local witness who arrived early on the scene said with the fire was on “Main Street, the house next to the bar.”
Witnesses on the scene said smoke was pouring out of the structure when first responders arrived on scene.

At publication time there is no report of any one injured and Tullytown Deputy Fire Chief Dale Mastrull said the blaze is still under investigation.
