A man with a history of domestic violence pleaded no contest earlier this month in a stalking case.
Anthony Pekarski, 50, of Croydon, Bristol Township, made the plea that does not accept or deny responsibility for the crime before County Judge Rea Boylan. He was sentenced to two to five years in prison on a stalking charge.

Falls Township police said Pekarski bothered a woman he briefly had a relationship with through phone calls and visits to her Newport Village apartment. Court papers say it wasn’t a lone incident, the woman reported the problems were ongoing.
The victim said Pekarski “constantly” called her and leaves messages, some vulgar ones where he fabricates sexual relationships she had with other men, according to an court documents.
On January 24, the woman said Pekarski showed up and went to her bedroom window. He is opened the window slightly while she was attempting to close it and began yelling her name, according to court papers.

A few days later, police said Pekarski was outside the woman’s apartment window again.
The 50-year-old was previously found guilty of assaulting the woman.
