On July 13, officers were dispatched at 11:18 a.m. to the Giant food store on Oxford Valley road where a theft had just occurred. Witnesses claim the actor fled the store with a grocery basket full of DVDs.
July 14
Arrest
Paul Benjamin was arrested on July 14 at the Home Depot on Commerce Boulevard. Benjamin was detained after attempting to leave the store with a lithium battery valued at $99.

Sometime overnight, someone attempted to remove the brake line from the rear portion of a vehicle at the Trucksmart on Lincoln Highway.
