Acting Bristol Township Police Chief Lt. John Godzieba early Tuesday morning told a gaggle of reporters that sometime around 12:50 a.m, police responded to call from a resident in the 900 block of Winder Drive reporting ย they had a shooting victim from the home next door.

That victim, Godzieba said, had a gunshot wound to the head and is now being treated at Aria Health’s Torresdale campus in Phildelphia with a second victim. ย The full extent of the injuries were unknown at the time, he said, adding he had no information on the current medical status of both gun shot victims.

All three shooting victims are males, Godzieba said. The one deceased victim looked to be in his thirties and the two others in their mid 20s.

Neighbors looked as Godzieba answered questions from the media. Bristol Township and Bucks County Detectives gathered evidence at the home, subtly set in from the line of homes of the left side half way down the block.

Investigators, prior to to Godzieba’s statement, were seen moving a ladder to face the dwelling. A detective entered the house through the attic.ย  According to authorities, investigators were entering the home that way in order to preserve the crime scene for investigators.

Godzieba told reporters as of now he didn’t believe there was a suspect roaming free in the community all but stopping short of saying one of the three victims was the instigator of the incident. The chief also would not confirm or deny that victims in the home were found tied and bound.

Around 3 a.m., county detectives showed up with their mobile crime lab. Police said they were awaiting the coroner and a search warrant to continue their investigation.
