
In September of 2013 Marquis Bell walked into a home on the 700 block of Beaver Street, police allege, and stole a cell phone from a woman’s hand in the residence.
Bell, now 20, according to court documents, has avoided contact with police and criminal justice professionals since the alleged crime.

Earlier this month, a warrant was filed for Bell’s arrest and he was arraigned on charges of robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and a related harassment charge
In court documents, Bristol Borough authorities wrote Bell “in the course of committing a theft” took a Samsung Galaxy S3 cell phone from the victim’s hand.
At the time, the cell phone was valued at $499, court documents say.

In November of 2012, Bell pleaded guilty to ย robbery and theft charges for his role in the crashing of an under age drinking party in Falls Township.
The incident took place in August of 2012 and authorities claimed wallets and cell phones were taken.

According to online court documents, Bell, of Bristol Borough, is scheduled for a probation violation hearing on July 27 in front of Judge Diane E. Gibbons related to his conviction on those charges.
Additionally, Bell is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 27 in Bristol Borough District Court.
He is currently in Bucks County jail on 10 percent of $70,000.
