According to court papers filed by police, Cochran repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped a woman at several locations in Philadelphia and Bucks County. The female victim is reported to be 31 years old.

The woman told police she became dependent on Cochran over the past year and he had become very “sexually aggressive” towards her, court papers say.

“She stated that anytime (Cochran) did he her a favor he always wanted sex in return,” court documents reads.

On several different occasions, Cochran is accused of sexually assaulting the woman, which went unreported until family members notified police in May, court papers say.

According to investigators, the woman said “Cochran was “constantly sending her nasty text messages about sex.” She added that he brought her drugs and “always wanted to do sexual things to her.”

An affidavit of probable caused filed by police outlines several of the alleged assaults. In one case, Cochran brought the woman underwear to put on. In another, he told the woman, “you’re driving me nuts. You’re going to make me rape you one day.”

A short time later, Cochran raped the woman inside a Croydon home, police said.

Detectives from the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office became involved in the investigation on Monday and gained permission to access the woman’s phone conversations and a face-to-face meeting with Cochran.

On Tuesday afternoon, Cochran met with the woman in Bensalem and said blamed the assaults on “stupidity, hormones and not getting any at home.” The woman was reportedly wearing a wire at the time.

Cochran is alleged to have become combative with police when they intervened.
