During the check, according to authorities with the probation department, a number of “used heroin bags containing residue” and syringes were found in Millward’s bedroom.
Millward was taken into custody by Bristol Township police and charged with intent to posses and possession of drug paraphernalia, both violations of his probation terms, which stipulate treatment for his substance dependence.
