Crash Sends Vehicle into Senior Center

The Falls Township Senior Center escaped serious structural damage after a car hit it Sunday morning.

The two-vehicle crash that caused one of the cars to hit the senior center before coming to a stop left one person injured. That person was sent to a local hospital with unknown injuries and the other driver was unhurt, police said.

Authorities in Falls say they are still investigating the crash, which happened around 9:50 a.m. The two cars impacted in the are of Trenton and Oxford Valley roads.

Fire Marshal Rich Dippolito said the impact of the vehicle into the building did not cause “ interior structural damage.” He did add that there was “minor exterior damage to siding.”

Local firefighters responded to the crash along with medics and police.
