Bristol Borough police tracked down Joseph Estock Jr. after they say he robbed the Wawa at the corner of Green Lane and Farragut Avenue Sunday night.

The 34-year-old, who has no address listed in court papers, walked into the Wawa around 8:30 p.m. and demanded a clerk give him money from the register, police said.

During the robbery, Estock placed his left hand in his pocket, police said. The move implied he had a weapon.
Court papers do not say how much Estock made off with.
Borough police caught up with the man a few blocks away and took him into custody.

Witnesses noted to a reporter that Estock had a distinctive limp while entering and leaving the convenience store.
The store was closed for several hours following the robbery and reopened before midnight.

Estock was arraigned on charges of robbery, theft and receiving stolen property before on-call District Judge Joseph Falcone late Sunday night. He was remanded to Bucks County prison on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.
