David Jenner, 30, of Langhorne, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kylie L. Copes, 23, of Pottstown, was arrested at 10 a.m. at the Hamilton Park Apartments on a warrant out of West Whiteland Township.
