The draft of a plan for the Trenton Avenue corridor between Pine Grove Road and the Delaware River in Falls, Lower Makefield and Morrisville involved the towns along with PennDOT and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission.

The plan recommends a series of transportation, land use, and policy improvements to help create a safer, more efficient, and more consistent corridor that serve the needs of the adjacent neighbors as well as visitors to the corridor, according to a post of the Falls Township website.

“This process began in September 2013 and has been guided by a diverse and active Coordination Team with members from Falls Township, Lower Makefield Township, Morrisville Borough, PennDOT, and DVRPC. We are asking for comments on the plan from the public until May 13th. After that we will incorporate any comments and revisit the Falls Township Board of Supervisors on May 19th to present the Final Plan,” according to the post.

Falls held a public workshop on the issue in April.
