Court papers say the 26-year-old man showed up at the shop a short time later and entered the pizza place through a rear door. The 26-year-old man then pushed a worker against a counter and struck him with a piece of a two-by-four twice in the head, police said.

Workers at the eatery stopped the 26-year-old man, who then pulled a razor knife from his pocket and told the man he attacked he was going to “slit his throat,” police said.

The 26-year-old man reportedly put the knife back in his pocket and left the shop.
