Lt. Terry Hughes said the boy was found safe outside a house on Red Brook Lane. The brother of the missing boy found him.

Authorities have fanned out in Levittown Thursday afternoon in search of a missing 6-year-old boy.

According to Bristol Township police Lt. Terry Hughes, the boy, Eric, was reported missing around 4 p.m. The boy was last seen in the 200 block of Red Cedar Drive.

Hughes said the boy was last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt with a mongoose on it and black sweatpants. The boy is reported to have blond hair and freckles.
The boy’s disappearance is not deemed criminal at this time, Hughes said. He would not confirm a scanner report the boy may suffer from ADHD.

Police along with firefighters from several companies were called to aid in the search for the boy.
A photograph of the boy was not immediately available.
Anyone with information is asked to 9-1-1.
