A woman was shot in the leg Monday night in Bristol Township.
According to police, the woman suffered a gunshot wound to the leg at the Royal Park apartments on Haines Road, which used to known as the Victoria Garden complex.

An official on duty at the police station late Monday said the woman was transported to St. Mary Medical Center for treatment. He was unclear of the woman’s condition.
As of press time, investigators were probing to see if the gunshot wound was self inflicted or if the woman was shot by someone else, Acting Chief of Police Lt. john Godzieba told LevittownNow.com.
Officers remained at the scene Monday night investigating.
