That’s what police said Randy Serrano, 18, of Penndel, told Bucks County Park Ranger Joseph Zuchero moments before the lawman reportedly found two baggies containing suspected marijuana in his car.

Zuchero, according to court papers, first noticed Serrano’s black Honda Civic with two passengers while on patrol around 4 p.m. Friday at the Frosty Hollow Tennis Center in Middletown’s Levittown section.
Serrano allegedly made a quick movement that caused the Zuchero to go over to see what was happening.
The distinct smell of marijuana was detected by the ranger and suspected marijuana was discovered in the car, court papers say. Zuchero wrote in an affidavit that Serrano said he smokes marijuana on Thursday.

Serrano was transported to the Middletown police station for processing and the two passengers in the car were released from the scene.
While on the way to the police station for processing, Serrano told Zuchero after being asked that he just started selling drugs the day before, according to court papers.

“I literally just picked it up yesterday. I just started,” Serrano is quoted in court papers.
At the Woodland Avenue home where Serrano lives in Penndel, borough officers found empty baggies commonly used for packaging drugs, police said.
A later search of Serrano’s Honda Civic uncovered a mason jar with suspected marijuana residue. Two other mason jars contained several baggies of suspects marijuana, court papers say. Police also report a digital scale with suspected drug residue was found.

Serrano was charged with manufacture, delivery or possession of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and related offenses. He was sent to county prison this weekend unable to post bail.
