The taxpayers of Bucks County will still have to pay for fees accrued for legal services connected to a federal same-sex marriage lawsuit.
According to a report from Montgomery Newspapers:
The Bucks County Board of Commissioners approved the payment of an outstanding legal bill from Begley, Carlin, and Mandio, LLP, at the last board meeting April 2.
The Langhorne law firm provided legal services to county Register of Wills Don Petrille when he was named in a federal same-sex marriage lawsuit after Petrille refused to issue a marriage license to a same-sex county last summer. The approved bill totals $13,500.
