According to court records filed by Middletown police, girls inside a screening of “Thor 2” at the United Artists Theater near the Oxford Valley Mall said Gimello angled his phone so they could see the screen in November. On the phone screen, he “continually” displayed pictures of a penis, authorities allege. Gimello was reported to be sitting in front of the girls – reported to be between the ages of 13 and 14 years.

“The victims stated Gimello would angle his phone in such a way to allow them to see the pictures of the penis and he would continually look at them to make eye contact,” court papers filed say.

Gimello was stopped by police shortly after and admitted to having pictures of a penis on his cell phone, police said.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office said in a press release that Gimello worked as a custodian in the Neshaminy School District for about four years before being fired recently.

Assistant District Attorney Chelsey Crocker told LevittownNow.com Gimello is also accused of exposing his genitals to a female at Bucks County Community College in Newtown on two occasions in fall. He has been charged and is awaiting trial in that case.

Similar charges were filed in fall against Gimello in connection with the Middletown incident but have been withdrawn and were refiled Wednesday, Crocker said.

“We wanted to do further investigation to charge most appropriately for the conduct reported,” the assistance district attorney stated.

Based on the nature of his employment with the school, law enforcement said they are concerned that Gimello might have other victims.
