Richard L. Smith, Jr., 26, of Levittown, was arrested at 8:31 a.m. on Trenton Road for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Disorderly Conduct

Cynthia Cowles, 23, of Langhorne, and Brittany Kladky, 19, of Langhorne, were cited for disorderly conduct at 6:50 p.m at Poplar Street Park.

A 17-year-old girl from Langhorne was arrested at 9:22 a.m. at Neshaminy High School for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Retail Theft

Deborah Ann Ross, 47, of Fairless Hills, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. at JC Penney in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. The store reported $195.25 worth of merchandise was taken.
