Total Eye Care Center on Woodbourne Road reported the theft of two eyeglass frames valued at $500. The theft happened between March 14 and March 17.

March 21

DUI Accident

Robert W. Dick, 56, of Levittown, was arrested at 3:07 p.m. on Heartwood Road. He was charged with DUI, accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles, careless driving and reckless driving.

DUI Accident

Ciro DelGaudio, 53, of Bordentown, N.J., was arrested for DUI after a traffic accident at Veterans Highway (Route 413) and New Falls Road.

Retail Theft

Brandon Shorts, 28, of Philadelphia, was arrested at 4:34 PM at the AT&T Wireless in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft and receiving stolen property. The value of the merchandise taken was $400.

A woman reported her cell phone, which she left on a table unattended, was stolen around midnight from the Chuck E. Cheese in the Langhorne Square Shopping Center. The phone was valued at $150.

Someone purchased food and then left without paying the bill at the Great American Diner around 3:23 a.m. The meal was valued $18.
