Charges Waived On for Man Accused of Masturbating in Street

A Bristol man accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of a woman had his charges waived on to the court of common pleas by District Court Judge Frank W. Perenteau, Sr. Wednesday at district court.

The incident, which occurred on November 12 ย at about 4:15 a.m. on the 200 block of Roosevelt Avenue in Bristol Borough, was reported to authorities by a woman coming out of her home that morning.

The woman testified that as she pulled out of her driveway that morning, Michael Corr, 41, was standing in the street with his penis exposed.

The woman provided borough police with a description of the alleged yankster, according to court documents. She stated he was wearing grey sweatpants and a dark-colored sweatshirt as he exposed his member while walking towards the victim.

The woman testified ย that when she made “eye contact” with Corr and “he pointed down” to his erect member.

Officer Ellis said in his testimony that he was able to locate Corr a few blocks away from where he allegedly exposed himself and was subsequentlyย searched by Ellis. A “metal crack pipe and a glassine bag filled with powder,โ€ were located on him, the officer said.

Ellis testified the state crime lab tested the bag and showed it had cocaine in it.

Corr is scheduled for arraignment on the charges of ย indecent exposure, prowling, and possession of drug paraphernalia inย Doylestown on April 11.
