Criminal Mischief

Nicholas B. Snyder, 23, of Levittown, was arrested on at 12:34 p.m. on Twin Oak Drive for an outstanding warrant. He was turned over to the Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

February 26

DUI

James J. Montgomery, 48, of Nicholson, Pa., was arrested 5:43 p.m. in the area of Route 1 and East Old Lincoln Highway for DUI, drug possession and paraphernalia.

Retail Theft

Charles R. Hinton, 38, of Philadelphia, and Harold Miller, 31, of Philadelphia, were arrested at 8:15 p.m. at the Foot Locker Store in the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. Roughly $50 worth of merchandise was taken.

February 27

DUI

Samuel Auerbach, 32 of Levittown, was cited for disorderly conduct, defiant trespass and public drunkenness at 3:32 p.m. at the Wawa on Bristol-Oxford Valley Road.

Retail Theft

Robert M. McManus, 47, of Langhorne, was arrested at 3:31 p.m. for retail theft from Macy’s at the Oxford Valley Mall. He is accused of taking $66.47 worth of merchandise.

Possession of a Controlled Substance

James J. Montgomery, 48, of Nicholson, Pa., was arrested at 10:17 a.m. on East Old Lincoln Highway for possession of a controlled substance.

Theft

Two heating/air conditioning units were stolen from the Dunkin Donuts building on West Maple Avenue around 2:40 a.m. The value of the units is currently unknown.
