A pomeranian is missing from Penndel Borough.
The pooch, Roxy, is 14 years old and is orange and cream colored. Justin Pannulla, her owner, said she is likely afraid and cold.

“She’s very timid, but since she’s scared, she may growl if approached by a stranger, but I assure you she’s harmless,” he said.
The dog reportedly escaped her collar while on a walk.
