Bristol Township police say assistance from the public and inter-agency cooperation lead to the capture of several people allegedly involved in drugs.
Delisa “Boobie” Osborne, 28, of Bristol Township, was arrested Wednesday after Bristol Township police with assistance from the FBI’s Violent Gang Task Force executed search warrants on two units at the Keystone State Motel in the 3000 block of Veterans Highway (Route 413).

Police Lt. Terry Hughes and court documents say $3,600 worth of drugs are now off the streets of Lower Bucks County.
Police first caught onto possible drug activity at the motel Tuesday after an officer took a complaint from an area business owner. The owner said there was an “unusual” amount of foot and vehicle traffic at the motel, police said.
The arrest of Jason Ford, 29, of Trenton, along New Falls Road in Falls Township early Tuesday morning also helped lead investigators to the Keystone State Motel. Ford was found with 133 bags of heroin, which police were able to link back to the motel, according to authorities. Ford was charged with drug and traffic crimes. He was remanded to county jail on 10 percent of $100,000 bail.

Narcotic investigators set up surveillance after receiving the tips and found that Osborne was using rooms 7 and 8.
As a result of the investigation, police pulled over a black Ford Expedition Tuesday and arrested Kerri Pritchard on drug charges. According to court papers, officers found numerous illicit narcotics, paraphernalia and nearly $2,300 in cash. Pritchard, who turned 30 on the day she was arrested, reportedly admitted to purchasing drugs from Osborne. Pritchard was charged on various drug offenses and sent to county jail on 10 percent of $50,000 bail.

After obtaining narcotic search warrants, officers knocked on the door of the motel rooms and one officer watched Osborne run into the bathroom and shut the door. At that point, police said they used a ram to batter the door down and capture Osborne, as they feared she was attempting to flush drugs.
In the bathroom of room 7, Osborne was found with her purse next to her. Police said they found 201 bags of heroin and 81 bags of cocaine in the purse.
Officers also discovered 76 Oxycodone pills, Ford’s New Jersey driver’s license, a prescription bottle with Ford’s name and his keys in the motel. A scale commonly used for measuring drugs, unused bags used for packaging drugs and paraphernalia with suspected drug residue were also found, police said.

Osborne told officers she was selling drugs to help bail her boyfriend out of jail. The 28-year-old said she does not use heroin, police said.
It was discovered heroin found on Ford in Falls was packaged in a similar manner to that of Osborne’s drugs, according to police.

“Another drug operation was shut down because of the cooperation and diligence of police agencies working together with assistance from the public,” Hughes said.
Osborne was charged with various drug offenses and jail on $75,000 bail.
