DUIs, Theft of Inspection Stickers & More

January 16

DUI

Daniel R. Breault, 23, of Bensalem, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. in the area of East Lincoln Highway and Veterans Highway. He is accused of driving under the influence.

DUI

Mario J. Monfardini, 38, of Pittsgove, N.J., was arrested at 11:09 p.m. at East Lincoln Highway and Veterans Highway for driving under the influence.

Retail Theft

David P. Ace, Jr., 22, of Browns Mills, N.J., was taken into custody at 6:04 p.m. at JC Penney at the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. He is accused of taking $226.99 worth of merchandise.

January 17

Theft

A woman reported prescription medicine was stolen from her home on Langhorne-Newtown Road in the past several days. The value of the medication is currently unknown.

Theft

A woman alerted police that her wallet worth $450 was stolen from her unattended purse at the Victoria’s Secret store in the Oxford Valley Mall.

January 18

DUI

Michael P. Dilks, 24, of Langhorne, was nabbed at 3:34 a.m. in the area of East Lincoln Highway at Bristol-Oxford Valley Road for driving under the influence.

Retail Theft

Philadelphia resident William F. Wright, 49, was cited for retail theft at 7:56 PM in the JC Penney at the Oxford Valley Mall. He is accused of taking was $40 worth of merchandise.

Reckless Endangerment

Francis Ansah, 52, of Philadelphia, was arrested on at 6:58 p.m. on Route 1 in the area of East Old Lincoln Highway. She was charged with recklessly endangerment, unsworn false identification to law enforcement and driving without a license.

Theft

Volkswagen of Langhorne on East Lincoln Highway called police to report the theft of state inspection, state emissions stickers and cash from an office recently. The value of the theft is $47.

January 19

DUI

Robert E. Mawhinney, 38, of Bensalem, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. at 1661 East Lincoln Highway for driving under the influence.

DUI

Antonio D. Diggins, Jr., 27, of Levittown, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. on Trenton Road at Forsythia Way for driving under the influence.

January 20

Vandalism

A person on Quincy Drive reports sometime overnight a beer bottle was thrown at his 2003 Honda. The beer bottle  caused a large dent to the trunk.

Public Drunkenness

Christian Jones, 43 of Philadelphi,a was cited on at 2:27 AM on Fite Terrace for public drunkenness.

Theft

A cell phone was stolen from a counter at Chi Balance Center on South Woodbourne Road at 1:58 p.m. The phone was valued at $100.
