Daniel R. Breault, 23, of Bensalem, was arrested at 11:08 p.m. in the area of East Lincoln Highway and Veterans Highway. He is accused of driving under the influence.

Mario J. Monfardini, 38, of Pittsgove, N.J., was arrested at 11:09 p.m. at East Lincoln Highway and Veterans Highway for driving under the influence.

David P. Ace, Jr., 22, of Browns Mills, N.J., was taken into custody at 6:04 p.m. at JC Penney at the Oxford Valley Mall for retail theft. He is accused of taking $226.99 worth of merchandise.

A woman reported prescription medicine was stolen from her home on Langhorne-Newtown Road in the past several days. The value of the medication is currently unknown.

Michael P. Dilks, 24, of Langhorne, was nabbed at 3:34 a.m. in the area of East Lincoln Highway at Bristol-Oxford Valley Road for driving under the influence.

Philadelphia resident William F. Wright, 49, was cited for retail theft at 7:56 PM in the JC Penney at the Oxford Valley Mall. He is accused of taking was $40 worth of merchandise.

Reckless Endangerment

Francis Ansah, 52, of Philadelphia, was arrested on at 6:58 p.m. on Route 1 in the area of East Old Lincoln Highway. She was charged with recklessly endangerment, unsworn false identification to law enforcement and driving without a license.

Theft

Volkswagen of Langhorne on East Lincoln Highway called police to report the theft of state inspection, state emissions stickers and cash from an office recently. The value of the theft is $47.
