Andre Moore, 18, of Bristol had 11 charges against him dropped Wednesday in Bristol Borough District Court. He was accused of of calling in fictitious fires to authorities.
The former Bristol Borough volunteer firefighter in training agreed to a plea deal brokered between the District Attorney’s office and his public defender.

Moore will plead guilty at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas to one charge of false alarm to an agency of public Safety. He will receive an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) sentence as part of the plea deal.
Moore, a volunteer firefighter in training with American Hose Hook and Ladder Company Station 53, was accused of calling in false fire reports under assumed names to authorities 12 times from July to September, court papers say.
The false calls were made using various aliases including ”Jeremiah Heywood,” investigators discovered, and were allegedly made by Moore in times of “boredom” according to court documents.

According to the affidavit of probable cause, Moore would report conditions such as a small fire in a fire pit or smoke coming from a barbecue of chimney and would omit, exaggerate, or withhold pertinent information so the phony calls would be treated seriously, thus requiring authorities to respond, police said.
Moore is known to take part in coordinating a social media page which posts dispatches, images and videos of local first responders in the field

Moore is scheduled to appear in Doylestown for arraignment on February 14
