A quiet spoken Henderson testified she agreed to help rob DeGennaro in an effort to assist her “business partner,” Jackson, “get money.” Previously during the trial, it was revealed DeGennaro owed Jackson a drug debt.
Henderson said after drinking, smoking marijuana and driving around Levittown, the crew of two females and three males arrived to Crabtree Drive. The three men – Jackson, Kazair Gist, 19, and Breon Powell, 21 – went to the modest house and confronted the 56-year-old musician, she said.
Henderson, who acted as a lookout, and Bakr, the getaway driver, waited outside and heard one “loud gunshot” and then another, the 19-year-old testified. She added that the three men then ran to the waiting car and were “shaken up” and “acting crazy.”

Powell was yelling how he shot “the guy” and Gist said, “I shot him too,” according to statements made by Henderson.
Officials previously said DeGennaro was shot in the chest with a shotgun and discovered by his roommate, who was highly intoxicated.

The 19-year-old former Pennsbury High School student admitted she agreed to turn on Jackson after lying to police in an effort to avoid spending a long time in jail. Henderson told the court she is dating Bakr. She also said because of her cooperation she has been allowed to complete educational classes in jail.
An intercepted prison letter between the couple filled with what Prosecutor Matt Weintraub said were several “lies” about the events of December 28 was also shown to jurors on Friday.
Detective Greg Biedler testified before a lunch recess that Jackson had said after his arrest he was not in the area at the time of the murder.

Biedler told the court that he discovered two cell phones used by Jackson. One was registered to Paul Perry – Jackson’s alias – and appeared in DeGennaro’s phone as “Sam I Am.”
In the afternoon, Falls Township Detective and electronics expert Detective Joe Coffman presented a map that showed the area of where the suspects were using cell phone records. The map placed the suspects in the area of where DeGennaro was murder.

Biedler revealed surveillance images from weeks after the murder showing Jackson, Gist and two other men at Ready Aim Fire gun shop and range in Bristol Township. The detective showed images of Jackson and Gist looking at guns.
Henderson also revealed that she had sex with Jackson “several times” while both were in a relationship and Bakr had cheated on her with Jackson and Powell, who she called a “jerk.” She did tell the court she was not testifying to get personal revenge.
