A man has been charged after he was found passed out with a bag of heroin next to him.
Falls Township police responded to the Village of Pennbrook Apartments shortly before noon on Monday for a man who had passed out.

Officers at the scene found James Conway 27, who is homeless, passed out in a common laundry room. Next to him, a bag containing suspected heroin, police said.
Conway was arrested and charged with two drug offenses. District Judge Jan Vislosky arraigned Conway and sent him to Bucks County jail in Doylestown on 10 percent of $25,000 bail.
