Copper pipes were stolen from a basement in the 700 block of Pond Street. No estimated value of loss was given.

December 13

Retail Theft

Alicia Palumbo, 25, of Bensalem, was charged with retail theft and will be sent a mail summons. She is accused of stealing from the Walmart on Commerce Circle at 5:21 p.m.

Michael O’Neil, 32, Croydon, was cited for disorderly conduct at the Walmart on Commerce Circle at 5:21 p.m.

Bernard Newton, 53, of Philadelphia, was charged via mail summons for retail theft at 11:23 a.m. He is accused of taking from the Bristol Amish Market on Green lane.

A 15-year-old has been cited for the theft of a cell phone in the 1800 block of Wilson Avenue and will be summoned to juvenile court.
