Bristol Borough police responded to call from a woman reporting that a man was “masturbating in the street” and approached her with his erect penis exposed on Sunday, November 12.
The incident reported by the woman at about 4:15 a.m. on the 200 block of Roosevelt Avenue provided authorities with a description of the alleged yankster. She said such he was wearing grey sweat pants and a dark-colored sweatshirt as he exposed his member while walking towards the victim, court documents say.

Police performed a search for the man and located him rapidly, according to authorities. The woman positively identifying him as the masturbator
Michael Corr, 41, of Bristol, was searched by police in which they found ” a metal crack pipe and a glassine bag filled with powder,” the probable cause affidavit said
Corr was charged with indecent exposure, prowling, possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released on his recognizance according to online court records and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on January 8 in Bristol Borough District Court according to online court records.
