
A deer is blamed for a crash on I-95 that damaged the car of the 32-year-old Langhorne man.
The accident happened Tuesday just before 7 a.m. on northbound I-95 in Lower Makefield Township, state police report.

An accident report says the Langhorne man was driving his 2001 Subaru along the right lane of the highway when a deer jumped in front of his car. State police note the man tried to swerve around the animal and lost control after hitting the deer.
The Subaru went off the roadway into a ditch, suffering undercarriage damage. The car, police said, continued traveling after hitting the ditch and ended up on the shoulder of the roadway.
According to state police, the Langhorne man was unhurt, but his car suffered enough damage to disable it.
