A naked man was arrested after he was spotted roaming the grounds of Harry S. Truman High School in Bristol Township Saturday morning.
The man – later identified as Michael Kelly, 21, of Fairless Hills – was spotted outside the school as members of the girl’s volleyball team prepared to get on a bus and go to a tournament, according to a witness and a probable cause affidavit.

According to police, Kelly was naked except for a hat and a pair of headphones. Witnesses told police he was yelling profanities as he strolled the school grounds naked.
Authorities said they spoke with the woman who reported the man, and she informed them she had three 14-year-old girls with her. The girls all saw Kelly, according to court papers.

About 3 minutes after waiting my daughter ran up to my car and told me that there was a naked man out there. Sure enough when I looked over towards the field there was a man completely naked. The girls were laughing at first, I told them to be quiet which quickly turned into me telling them to get in the car. The naked man was actually in the parking lot walking towards them. The girls got in my car and at this time I was already on the phone with 911.

Police said that several other teenagers were at the school while Kelly was naked.
Kelly was arraigned Saturday by on-call District Judge Leonard Brown on charges of indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct. He was remanded to county jail on 10 percent of $15,000 bail.
