Michael D. Halpern, 48, of Narberth, was cited at 2:38 p.m. behind the Target on East Lincoln Highway for disorderly conduct.

Theft

Penndel resident Ethan R. Potts, 20, was arrested Friday at 8:52 p.m. at the Target on East Lincoln Highway for theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Thomasville Furniture on East Lincoln Highway reported that $130 in cash was stolen between September 30 to October 4.

A 2006 Dodge and a 2004 Dodge parked on Cable Road were entered and $7 in change was stolen overnight.
