On Wednesday, Humel was arrested, according to court documents, for a third time.

Officers arrived at 3304 Hilltop Avenue in response to a breaking and entering call. They observed a broken window in the rear of the home and heard loud banging, the probable cause affidavit says.
As officers were about to enter the property, Humel, 22, of Bristol Township, came running at them, then retreated, heading into what police say was an abandoned home.
Officers quickly surrounded the residence, court records say, realizing there was no where to go, Humel came to a window telling officers “I’m done.”

Police checked the residence for other subjects using a K-9 unit. Finding no one, they entered the home finding multiple holes in the kitchen walls and copper removed which was placed in bundles in a bedroom where police also found hammers, a pick axe and bolt cutters, court records say.
Humel was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and six other related offenses. He was sent to Bucks County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000.
