Provided by the County of Bucks:
During its October 2 business meeting at the Warwick Fire Company, the Board of Bucks County Commissioners unveiled the new look of the official county website, BucksCounty.org. The site, which features many of the same elements as the previous site, operates on a content management system (CMS) platform that Commissioners Robert G. Loughery, chairman, Charles H. Martin and Diane M. Ellis-Marseglia, LCSW previously approved.

The site, which was converted by Commissionersโ Office of Public Information Deputy Director Juliet Kelchner in conjunction with Perfexion, Inc. of King of Prussia, PA and support from the county Information Technology department, offers new look, drop-down navigation menus, and the flexibility to add elements as needed. The home page toolbar showcases the user-friendly โQuick Linksโ option, as well as direct navigation to administrative, court and row office information.
“I am excited about our new website design…our Public Information office has put together a more user friendly website to help the almost 200,000 people who access our website for information and services on a monthly basis,โ Chairman Loughery stated. โThis is yet another step we are taking at the county to make things more efficient and effective for our residents.”
According to Mrs. Kelchner, the website produces more than 500,000 page views monthly, including access to job postings and application links, jury information, emergency preparedness and notification, scores of online forms, and links to popular Bucks County tourist and cultural attractions. It also contains helpful links to access the websites for the countyโs 54 municipalities and elected officials at every level.

The new look contains the same helpful information as before, in a cleaner, streamlined package. Quick Links previously found on the home page in an outdated format, such as job postings and sheriff sales, – along with answers to common questions, such as how do I apply for a Board or Authority, and Where do I recycle – can now be found easily under the How Do I/Quick Links tab.
