A alleged drunk man stumbling around the Crabtree section of Bristol Township looking into parked vehicles was reported to police. In turn, police found several bundles of alleged narcotics in a whiskey pouch late Thursday night as they took him into custody on a number of drug-related offenses, police say.
Police responded to a report of a white male wearing a striped hoodie and baggie capri pants looking into vehicles parked vehicles in Levittown, according to court documents.

Police observed a subject matching the description given. He was staggering along the sidewalk area on the 100 block of Crabtree Drive, police said.ย The man, police say, was visibly intoxicated and almost fell several times as they spoke to him, could not give officers the address of a friend and was taken into custody for public drunkenness.
As part of a routine search of the man – identified as Joesph Muccie Jr. – officers found a syringe in his right pants leg also locating a black Jim Beam bag at the bottom of ย his pants pocket in which officers found 10 bundles of suspected heroin – with about 10-14 bags, a blue tint baggie ย containing a crystal substance ย and a clear plastic bag consisting of a black substance and six clear plastic bags that held blue wax paper marked “TMZ,” ย according to court documents.
Police also found, according to the probable cause affidavit, two black zipper bags containing four “bundles of suspected heroin, marked “wizard” and small plastic baggies containing residue of a an unidentified substance.

At police headquarters, officers foundย two and a half small round unidentified pills on Muccie, court records say.
Muccie, 24, of Fairless Hills, told police that he picked up “two sticks” of heroin taped to dumpster outside of ย Wawa and was going to deliver the heroin to two different subjects, police records show. Muccie provided this information to police in writing also.

According to online court documents, Muccie was arraigned by District Court Judgeย Robert Wagner Jr. on one felony possession charge and three ย intent to possessย misdemeanor offenses and two charges of possession of drug paraphernalia plus a related offense.
Muccie was sent to Bucks County Jail in lieu of 10 percent of $100,000 ย and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on October 22.
