“Grandma wasn’t here. Mommy wasn’t here. They would have helped me.”

Those are the words a 4-year-old boy spoke as he testified against Charles Wilson, 20, of Levittown, who is accused of molesting him in summer 2012.
The prosecution made the case that Wilson made the boy perform oral sex on him while the 20-year-old babysat at the Marion Village Apartments.
“Suck my dick,” Wilson said, according to the boy.

With the courtroom cleared of most observers, the boy testified that he bit Wilson’s “dinky.” District Judge Robert Wagner Jr. noted that the boy grabbed at his genitals when saying he bit Wilson’s penis.
The boy said during cross-examination by Wilson’s attorney that he did not like his babysitter’s attitude the night of the alleged molestation. He also gave testimony that the defense said showed Wilson did nothing more than say, “suck my dick.”

The mother of the boy testified that she first noticed something strange when the boy, who was then 3-years-old, stood over his younger sister during a bath, grabbed his penis and asked her to suck it.
When asked where he learned the term, the boy said he learned it from Wilson, also known as Chucky, the mother said.
Detective Alexander Asmann testified that Wilson told police during an interview that he “blacked out” and awoke to the young boy with his mouth on his erect penis.

At the preliminary hearing, Wagner forwarded all charges -felony involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age – to common pleas court for trial in Doylestown. He remains in jail unable to post bail.
The mother said Wilson watched her son and daughter often over a 6-month period because she was often working 16-hour shifts.

Shortly before the hearing began, Assistant District Attorney Lindsay Vaughan and Asmann got the 4-year-old comfortable with the courtroom. Asmann told the boy to think of the testimony box as a car.
Wilson, dressed in a mustard yellow prison jumpsuit, looked back at family and shook his head.

The public defender appointed to Wilson brought up concerns during the hearing that boy was to young to accurately testify.
Wagner felt the boy was able to accurately testify and was a “pretty brave little guy.”
