The move came a day after Kenny was arraigned on criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault and reckless endangerment. As of 1 p.m. on Tuesday, the 49-year-old remained in county jail still unable to post bail.

According to police Kenny is knocked 74-year-old John Fleisch to the ground during an argument over a minor car accident in early June, police said. The man died in late July, and an autopsy revealed the fall lead to the man’s late July death, police said.
