Arguably Simon Campbell is the most controversial member of the Pennsbury School Board. Like him or hate him, the Lower Makefield resident stands up for what he believes is right.
That attitude has gained Campbell a spot on the PCN cable network’s television series “PA Gadflies.”
The program notes on its website that it profiles the “modern-day gadflies working in Pennsylvania and shed light on the important role of activism in the civic process.”
The show first aired Wednesday night and will broadcast again Sunday at 6:30 p.m. The airing of the episode was first reported by the Bucks County Courier Times.
Campbell is behind Pennsylvanians for Union Reform and StopTeacherStrikes.org.
The episode is also available on the TV show’s website.
Campbell was at the center of controversy in late spring after he released a fact-finder report days before district officials said he could release it.
