The driver of a tractor trailer has been charged with three counts of death by auto following a New Jersey crash that killed three Levittown residents, including a young boy and a baby.
Richard Williams, 45, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was diving a tractor trailer on Route 1 in Lawrence, N.J. Friday night at around 6:30 when he made an illegal U turn, officials said in a press release. While the illegal turn was in progress, a Chevrolet Tahoe with a family of five from Levittown struck the trailer, officials said.
