Hard to remember the last time I had a headache, thanks to Dr. Tony. Can’t believe I was living in that much pain for so long thinking that is was normal. I can’t thank you enough. – Jodi C
Finally, I found a good Chiropractor, Dr. Tony. It made all the difference in the world. A couple of times I tried going to the medicine doctor about my back too, and the answer was just a bottle of muscle relaxers. Fun for awhile, sure, but not a great way to go in the long run. I have perfect back now and just maintaining it by routine check ups. If you have back pain I would highly recommend Dr. Tony. – Eliza B
When speaking with Dr. Gardner in his clean and relaxing offices, it was clear why patients speak so highly of his work.
Dr. Gardner says he believes ones of the keys to good overall health is connected to the spine.

He compares going to the chiropractor’s office on a regular basis to going to the dentist for the check up and calls it a “lifestyle choice,” citing how a stressed spine impacts the immune system and make everyday activities uncomfortable.
“If the immune system is in tune, it works,” Dr. Gardner said.

For Dr. Gardner, it’s not just about adjusting patient’s backs, it’s about teaching them further on the role their spine plays in their overall health.
Many times before even beginning an adjustment on a person’s back, Dr. Gardner will meet with them and learn more about their health concerns and how he can help them.
