Crews will spraying chemicals in the Croydon section of Bristol Township Wednesday evening in an effort to control the adult mosquito population, according to county officials.
A press release says the chemical Duet will be applied using an ultra low volume truck mounted sprayer at a rate of .75 to one ounce per acre Wednesday starting at 7:45 p.m.

The county reports the following area will be sprayed:
The borders of the Croydon spray area will be Neshaminy State Park to the south, Route 413 to the north, the Delaware River to the east and Route 13 to the west. Technicians also will treat the following streets by the Delhaas Woods: Balfour, Bowman, Mayfair, Lois, Glenrich, Butler, Brookside, Century and Green avenues and Winton Drive and Circle, and Laurel Drive.
The two trucks to be deployed for the spray will be a green Chevrolet truck and a blue Ford Ranger pickup truck, both bearing the county seal.

Spraying was also conducted earlier this week in Falls and Penndel.
