Levittown State Rep. May Run for Lt. Gov

Falls Township-based state Rep. John Galloway may put his hat in the ring and run for Lieutenant Governor next year, according to a report on PoliticsPa.com.

The report says that Galloway is “considering” a run.

If Galloway runs and makes it to the general election, his opponent could be Bristol Township-raised current Lieutenant Governor Jim Cawley. Cawley is a former Bucks County Commissioner and often makes stops back to Levittown.

Galloway’s current district covers parts of Bristol and Middletown townships; all of Falls Township and the boroughs of Bristol Morrisville and Tullytown.
