10K Donated to Lower Bucks YMCA for Disabled Kids

The Lower Bucks County YMCA in Fairless Hills received a generous donation on Thursday.

Foundations Community Partners Executive Director Ron Bernstein presented a check for $10,000 to support the Yes I Can program. The program is an after-school program that “provides important benefits to all participants, including those who have learning, developmental and physical disabilities,” according to a statement.

The Yes I Can program gives youngsters the chance to practice and master their skills to learn new sports and reach academic goals.
