An on scene witness, who asked not to be identified, told LevittownNow ย that he and the man that died had been in the area to do perform lawn maintenance work for a local landscaper today. Prior to arriving at the Ollies outlet, they “had gone to church and completed work on one lawn,” the man said as he clutched his Bible to his side with tears streaming down his cheeks.

“He wanted to go to Ollies to buy some kind of hand lotion, the witness said, “and then use the bathroom. When he came out, he acted differently so we went back to the truck and he fell asleep. So we sat there for about 5 minutes and I kind off shoved him once or twice because it looked like he fell asleep. ย I was real thirsty so I went over to Subways to get a cup of water. When I came back he didn’t look so good. I shoved him real hard, and didn’t get a response. I punched him the chest real hard, got nothing.”

The witness explained that both he and the gentleman that died were not from the area, but from outside of Reading, PA where they are participating in a drug rehab program. He went on to say that he ran in to the outlet store, asked to use the phone to call 911.

Before emergency personnel arrived on the scene, Keith Lios, address unknown, came upon the scene seeing the witness attempting to wake his work partner up.

“I ran up to the truck, opened the door, pulled him out and as I did that a needle fell to the ground that I kicked away, placed him on the ground as quick as I could starting CPR. His face was purple already and my attempt to save the guy just didn’t help, Lios said.

“I’ve seen people die on TV before, but no one has ever died in my arms! No one! This has really F**ked me up, man!”

Officials on scene offered no comment, but interviewed both men.
