Charles Wilson is facing charges of felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of a child and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.

Wilson sat in district court Tuesday before Judge Robert Wagner Jr. in a mustard-yellow prison jumpsuit as lawyers and the prosecution figured out a new date for the hearing. At several points, he shook his head as a new hearing date was discussed.

According to court documents, Wilson is accused of having a three-year-old boy perform oral sex on him while he was babysitting the boy on September 1, 2012 in the Marion Village Apartments in Bristol Township.

The boy was interviewed by authorities at the Bucks County Children’s Advocacy Center after the alleged sexual assault was reported in October. Police said the boy indicated the assault happened.

When a detective spoke with Wilson in January, the 20-year-old admitted that he put his penis in the boy’s mouth as they sat on a sofa in the apartment, police said.

The preliminary hearing for Wilson has been continued until July 16.
