Bristol Man with Rap Sheet Caught Driving Stolen Car, Police Say

A Bristol Borough man was arrested recently after police in Montgomery County say he was nabbed driving a stolen car.

Anthony John Zanini, 34, of the 1400 block of Farragut Avenue, was arrested by Towamencin Township police earlier this month after being stopped by officers.

According to police, Zanini was driving a 2004 Infiniti Sedan, but the vehicle’s registration was connected to a Chrysler that was reported stolen from Chester County in May.

Zanini was charged with felony receiving stolen property and sent to Montgomery County Prison on $25,000 bail.

According to police and court records, the 34-year-old has a lengthy criminal history and has had interactions previously with Bristol Borough police over the years.
