According to borough police, an officer arrived and spoke with the Youth Services employee. The employee told the officer a verbal argument lead to the assault.
The county employee told police other staff members had to restrain Williams, who was ordered to the facility by a court, to avoid further incident, according to a criminal complaint.
Staff at the facility told police they felt threatened and said they wanted William removed from the property.
