Oxford Valley Mall Opens Late Due to Power Problems

A power outage Tuesday in Middletown Township caused the Oxford Valley Mall to open several hours late.

The late-morning outage caused the mall to open to the public at 1 p.m., according to mall officials.

By 1 p.m., PECO reported that all of Middletown was with power, but Falls Township had less than 50 customers without service.

Between the two townships, PECO serves 33,300 customers, according to company data.
