Penndel Borough Councilman Bob Miller resigned via a one-sentence letter, according to a story published in the Bucks County Courier Times.
Council President Sean Weckerly accepted the resignation earlier this week and called Miller a “man of few words,” following his comment with a smile, the newspaper reported.

“You can’t fight the four horsemen,” Miller said in an interview with Courier. He also offers more comments on his resignation in the story.
